Terms
These terms cover the sayiris.com website and its waitlist. Iris itself will come with its own terms when you’re invited, and you’ll see them before you start.
Who we are
Iris is run by Sviatoslav Levchuk, a sole trader registered in Poland, NIP 1133199805. Write to hi@sayiris.com about anything here.
The waitlist
- Joining is free. You give us your name and email, and a phone number if you like.
- Iris is invite only for now. Joining puts you in the queue. It doesn’t promise an invite or a date, and we may invite people in any order.
- When it’s your turn, we’ll write to the email you gave us, or message you on WhatsApp if you gave a phone number.
What you need
To join the waitlist: a device with an up-to-date web browser, JavaScript switched on, and an email address. To use Iris once you’re invited: WhatsApp.
Fair use
Sign up only yourself, with your own details. Don’t use bots or scripts, don’t try to break or overload the site, and don’t send anything unlawful through it. We may remove entries that ignore this.
Leaving
Write to hi@sayiris.com at any time, and we’ll take you off the list and delete your details.
Complaints
If something isn’t right, write to hi@sayiris.com and tell us what happened. We’ll answer within 14 days.
Staying safe
Like anything online, using a website carries the usual risks, such as malware and phishing. We only ever write from an @sayiris.com address, and we will never ask you for a password or a payment on the waitlist.
Liability
We keep the site running as well as we can, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law.
Law
Polish law applies. If you’re a consumer living elsewhere in the EU, you also keep the protection of the consumer law where you live, and you can go to the courts there.
Changes
If we change these terms, we’ll post the new version here with a new date. If you’re on the waitlist and the change matters to you, we’ll also email you.
