Privacy
This covers the sayiris.com website and its waitlist. Iris itself will come with its own terms when you’re invited.
Who we are
Iris is run by Sviatoslav Levchuk, a sole trader in Warsaw, Poland (NIP 1133199805). Write to hi@sayiris.com about anything on this page.
What we keep
- Your name, email and, if you give it, your phone number.
- Where you came from: the campaign tag in the link, or the name of the website that sent you (for example instagram.com), and the time you signed up.
- A scrambled, one-way fingerprint of your browser type, to spot bulk sign-ups.
- For one hour, a scrambled fingerprint of your IP address, to stop abuse.
No tracking cookies, no ads, no analytics.
Why, and on what basis
- To invite you to Iris when it’s your turn, by email or, if you gave a phone number, on WhatsApp, and to answer you if you write. The basis is your consent: you give us these details to join, and you can take that back whenever you like.
- To keep bots and abuse off the list. The basis is our legitimate interest in a working, honest waitlist.
Your name and email are needed to join. The phone number is optional. Nothing is decided about you automatically.
Who else touches it
The site and the list are hosted by Cloudflare, which also runs the check that you’re human (Turnstile). A note about each sign-up goes to our mailbox, which is hosted by Google. Both are US companies, and they handle data from the EU under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the EU’s standard contract clauses. If we invite you on WhatsApp, that message goes through WhatsApp, which Meta runs. We never sell or share the list.
No AI is involved here. Nothing you enter on this site goes to an AI provider. How Iris itself handles what you tell it will be in its own privacy policy, which you’ll see before you start.
How long
Until you’ve been invited, or until you ask us to remove you. Entries nobody has acted on are deleted after 24 months.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or take a copy of what we hold about you, object to how we use it, or be taken off the list, by writing to hi@sayiris.com. You can also complain to the Polish data protection authority (UODO, uodo.gov.pl) or the one where you live.
